Partner Advocate

  • Full-Time
  • Remote

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:
To serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of painting contractor clients, ensuring they receive consistent value, clear communication, and results-driven service. The Partner Advocate is the connective tissue between the client and the internal servicing team -- responsible for retention, satisfaction, and growth within their book of business.

About the Role:
As a Partner Advocate at Painter Marketing Pros, you will own the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing management. You won't be executing the marketing work directly -- that's handled by our specialized servicing team -- but you will be accountable for what the client experiences, understands, and achieves. You'll represent the client internally and represent PMP externally, keeping both sides aligned and moving forward. This is a remote, full-time role working 9 AM--6 PM EST.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new clients and set clear expectations for deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence
  • Serve as the single point of contact for your client portfolio across all service lines
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and performance reviews with clients
  • Translate reporting and campaign data into clear, business-relevant insights for non-technical clients
  • Coordinate internally with SEO, ads, and web teams to ensure client deliverables are on track
  • Identify and act on retention risks before they escalate to churn
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and surface them to leadership
  • Manage client expectations during delays, changes, or performance issues with transparency
  • Maintain accurate client records, call notes, and account activity in Go High Level and ClickUp
  • Escalate unresolvable issues to the Senior Account Manager with full context

Requirements

  • 2--4 years of experience in account management, client success, or client-facing roles in a digital agency or SaaS environment
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong verbal and written English communication -- you will be on calls and writing client-facing updates daily
  • Comfortable reading and contextualizing digital marketing reports (SEO rankings, ad performance, GBP metrics) without needing to execute the work yourself
  • Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools
  • Exposure to services like Google Ads, LSA, Meta Ads, or SEO is a strong plus
  • Calm under pressure -- clients escalate, timelines slip, results lag; you need to hold the relationship steady through all of it
  • Comfortable working full-time, 9 AM--6 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Compensation Base salary of $1,900--$2,400/month depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Details discussed during the interview process.
